Since we are celebrating in the beautiful Swedish winter, we will be playing with Dry Organic Colors ONLY (no water) to keep everyone warm and comfortable!
🧥 Warm Layers: Wear a white or light-colored outer jacket or an old hoodie that you don’t mind getting colorful. Layers are key!
🧤 Gloves & Beanies: Wear old gloves (white ones look great with colors!) to keep your hands warm while playing.
📱 Phone Protection: Even though there is no water, a small plastic bag helps keep fine color dust out of your phone’s charging port.
🧴 Barrier Cream: Apply moisturizer or a bit of oil to your face and hands before arriving. This prevents the dry powder from sticking to your skin in the cold air.
🕶️ Eye Protection: Sunglasses or clear glasses are highly recommended to keep dry powder out of your eyes during the festivities.
🚗 Seat Covers: Bring a large towel or a plastic sheet for your car seats for the drive home. Dry powder can be easily vacuumed, but it’s best to keep the car clean!
1. Is this an indoor or outdoor event? The color play will take place outdoors at the Eneborg grounds to enjoy the festive atmosphere. however, we have access to heated indoor facilities for the welcome drinks, lunch, and snacks, so you can warm up and enjoy your meal comfortably!
2. How do we play Holi in the Swedish winter? To keep everyone safe and warm, we will be playing with Dry Organic Colors only. There will be no water play involved. Because the colors are dry, they are easy to shake off before you head back into your car or home.
3. Do I need to bring my own colors? No. ICAÄ provides high-quality, organic, and skin-friendly dry powders. To protect the venue and ensure the safety of all guests, we strictly prohibit outside colors.
4. What should I wear? Wear warm layers! We suggest a white or light-colored jacket/hoodie as your outer layer so the colors pop. Since it’s February, don't forget your thermal wear underneath. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting "colorful"—while the powders are organic, they can sometimes leave a tint on certain fabrics.
5. Is the event kid-friendly? Very! Kids under 10 join for free. We have a dedicated Kids' Creative Corner where they will receive special papers and colors for painting and coloring, ensuring they stay entertained and festive throughout the day.
